The District serves the area of the Lewisburg Corporation, Lewisburg District and Fort Spring District.  This includes 2,422 customers located in Lewisburg, Maxwelton, Fairlea, and Ronceverte.

Currently, the Greenbrier County Commission has a case pending before the Public Service District to expand the service district to include Frankford, Falling Spring, Williamsburg, Blue Sulphur, Irish Corner, Anthony Creek, and White Sulphur Springs.  The municipalities located within the proposed expansion oppose this action.  A decision on the matter is expected mid October, 2008.
